A.L.I. Offices
SUNDERLAND, MASSACHUSETTS. 2003. This office building is located on a surprisingly bucolic site, just off the busy commercial strip of Route 116 in Sunderland, Massachusetts. The building arcs around an existing pond to take advantage of the view while maintaining its distance from the wetland-designated area. The program was developed in conjunction with the client to define a range of spaces: open work areas, individual offices, meeting areas, and storage space. The building was designed to accommodate a future addition as the company grows.
