This project involved the development of a master plan for the renovation and expansion of a complex of buildings (once a lumberyard) used as gallery, shop, and studios for various arts and crafts. Designed to be built in three phases, the new additions would pick up on the spare yet functional feel of the existing lumberyard structures, while creating a central courtyard that would serve as an outdoor work area and gathering space.
